We may collect your name, age, country and city of residence, WhatsApp number, email, requested care, availability, message and contact preference. Please do not send medical documents or sensitive photographs during the initial contact.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Information is used to understand your request, contact you, answer questions, prepare an assessment and coordinate your journey. Processing may rely on consent, requested pre-contractual steps, an agreement, a legal obligation or vital interests.

4. Recipients

Access is limited to authorised BW Carthage Med personnel and, where necessary, the healthcare professionals, facilities, technical providers and competent authorities concerned. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Google Forms and WhatsApp

Our initial form uses Google Forms and WhatsApp exchanges use WhatsApp/Meta services. Their own privacy policies apply. Do not spontaneously send sensitive health data through these channels.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the request and applicable obligations. Organisational and technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

7. Your rights
